Free as a bird

I suppose I should eat my own words about being confident and being able to stand up to the harsh words of those who are critical...because I accidentally stumbled upon a review of my January show at the Comet. Glad that feeling lasted all of three hours. :)

Still...I can't decide if I should post it here or not (you won't be able to find it searching for my name, nice try!), but I definitely felt more than a twinge of anger when I read the review. Spoiler alert: I'm barely mentioned.

So what did I do? I wrote a song of course! lol :P

Disclaimer: the chorus uses the line "free as a bird." I never claimed that this song was incredibly original (both "Free Bird" by Lynyrd Skynyrd and "Free as a Bird" by the Beatles use this lyric), but it definitely is PO'd. And damn, it felt good to write/sing. :)
